Role Overview
Premier Hotels & Resorts (Pty) Ltd needs a Bookkeeper who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves Bookkeeper Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and hospitality-specific financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of 5 Years bookkeeping/ accounting experience in a commercial environment.
- Keep momentum on pastel and/or Xero Accounting software knowledge.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Bookkeeper.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
- Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
