Role Overview

Excellent Staffing needs a Bond Originators who can step into a practical role in Nation Wide. A key part of the work involves Bond Originators A current book of clients and/or Real Estate Agent relationships with a track record of monthly grant figures averaging from R5 million to R7 million or more.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Strong knowledge of home loan products, the real estate market, and banking processes.
Keep momentum on build and maintain strong professional relationships with banks, financial institutions, attorneys, and real estate professionals.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Bond Originators.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of real estate work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
