Role Overview

A concrete production operation is seeking a Batcher to control accurate, consistent batching and support efficient plant operations.

This position combines day-to-day delivery with accurate administration, timely follow-through and professional coordination with the people and teams who rely on the role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the following areas:

Operate batching systems and prepare concrete mixes to approved specifications. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Check materials, quantities, mix designs and production instructions before dispatch. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Coordinate with the orders, quality, transport and plant teams to meet delivery requirements. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.

Requirements

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities in a structured, deadline-driven working environment:
