Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Minimum 3 years' experience in banqueting, food and beverage, hospitality, events, hotels, restaurants, or premium function venues.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Banqueting Manager / Food & Beverage Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
