Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd needs a Baker Master Bake Programme who can step into a practical role in Western Cape. A key part of the work involves Baker Master Bake Programme Grade 12 certificate or National Certificate: Hospitality Level 4.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Baker Master Bake Programme.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

Relevant experience in hospitality or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
