B2B Sales Representative
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Sales Representative - Premium Headwear with a strong hunter mentality to develop and grow business across an assigned territory.
This is a new business development role, not an account management position. The successful candidate will focus on identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
You will be selling premium customisable headwear solutions to corporate buyers, brand managers, marketing teams, procurement departments, and retailers.

Products You Will Sell
- Premium branded Flexfit headwear solutions
- HeadGame Global customisable headwear products
- Stock and forward-order programmes to retail, wholesale, and promotional markets
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ B2B field sales experience
- Proven track record in new business development and opening new accounts
- Own Transport
- Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, fashion, or corporate gifting advantageous
- Strong sales pipeline management and CRM experience (Monday.com exposure advantageous)
- Ability to meet activity and revenue targets consistently
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage own schedule
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Existing network within corporate, promotional, or retail sectors highly advantageous
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect for and secure new business opportunities within your territory
- Open new accounts and grow existing client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain a minimum 80% weekly activity score
- Conduct 6–8 face-to-face client meetings per week
- Manage and update sales pipeline accurately on Monday.com
- Submit weekly sales reports by 11:00 every Friday
- Guide clients through product selection, branding options, sampling, and ordering
- Liaise with internal design and production teams on custom orders
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence
- Represent the business at trade shows, expos, and client events
