Key Responsibilities
- The Assistant Stores Manager is responsible for supporting the in the effective management of inventory, warehousing, materials control, and stores operations within the steel manufacturing plant.
- The incumbent will assist in supervising stores personnel, enforcing inventory control procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Assist in the management and control of all inventory held within the stores and warehouse.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the stores and warehouse areas.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management
- Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
- A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
