Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Driving day-to-day security operations across a high-traffic property.
Take ownership of Leading and managing security teams and external service providers.
Support the team by managing ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Assistant Safety & Security Manager (Hospitality industry).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in security or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
