About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Asset Manager to oversee and optimise the performance of the organisation's assets. You will be responsible for developing asset management strategies, monitoring asset performance, managing risk, and ensuring assets deliver maximum value throughout their lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans
Monitor the performance, condition, and lifecycle of company assets
Conduct asset valuations, inspections, and performance assessments
Analyse financial data and prepare asset performance reports
Develop maintenance, replacement, and investment plans
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Collaborate with finance, operations, and maintenance teams to optimise asset utilisation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimise risk

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Asset Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Previous experience in asset management, finance, property, or infrastructure management
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of asset lifecycle management principles and risk management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, asset management software, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
