Key Responsibilities:

Oversee branch operations, budgets, and KPIs
Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers and staff
Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with policies
Monitor stock, inventory, and financial performance
Report to senior management on branch performance

Requirements:

8+ years managerial experience in retail
Strong people management and leadership skills
