Responsibilities:
- Strategic oversight of farm production, budgets, and infrastructure
- Driving quality, compliance, and operational excellence
- Leading, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best
- Building and sustaining strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10–15 years’ experience in table grape production (mandatory)
- Citrus experience is an advantage
- Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Deep knowledge of farm operations, infrastructure, and people management
