Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on trainers and sales coaches to guide you to our standards, upon training: Uncapped commission No claw backs Get paid from sale one.
Support the team by managing bonuses per week Get paid weekly meeting and exceeding target You still get paid per sale even if you are not on target.
Take ownership of Our average salary currently is R27 535.00 per month.
