Temporary Office Administrator (3-Month Contract)

Start Date: 1 July
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Office Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract. This role requires an individual with exceptional administrative and data capturing skills who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Coega, Port Elizabeth
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Start Date: 1 July
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- 2–3 Saturdays per month: 08:00 – 14:00
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, accurate data capturing.
- Manage general administrative duties and filing.
- Draft and respond to emails professionally.
- Maintain electronic and manual records.
- Capture, update and verify information with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
- Provide general office support to the team.
- Ensure all work is completed within required deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent typing speed with exceptional data capturing ability.
- Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to the full 3-month contract.
- Able to start immediately (1 July)
