Administrator / Call Coordinator
Provide admin and operational support to the maintenance team. Handle calls, log faults, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quick resolution.

- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Log and track maintenance issues
- Assign and escalate faults to the team
- Follow up to ensure jobs are completed
- Keep accurate records and reports
- Monitor staff attendance and report absenteeism
- Assist with general admin tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to multitask and prioritise
- Basic maintenance knowledge (advantage)
