Administrator / Call Coordinator

Provide admin and operational support to the maintenance team. Handle calls, log faults, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quick resolution.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:00 - 16:00


Key Duties:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Log and track maintenance issues
  • Assign and escalate faults to the team
  • Follow up to ensure jobs are completed
  • Keep accurate records and reports
  • Monitor staff attendance and report absenteeism
  • Assist with general admin tasks
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Able to multitask and prioritise
  • Basic maintenance knowledge (advantage)
  • MS Office & Excel skills
  • Professional, confidential, and trustworthy
