Administrative and Sales Assistant
Are you a versatile administrator with exposure to finance, sales and stock control?
This role in Paarden Eiland reports to the business owner and entails processing client orders, stock receipting, basic accounting and routine business processes.
The successful person must be comfortable providing overall hands-on support to a small team.

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric or related qualification
- 2 – 4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in Sage Accounting software required
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Basic understanding of invoicing and payment tracking
- Clear and professional communication skills in English and Afrikaans required
- Good organisational skills and ability to work through a structured workload
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine tasks consistently
- Comfortable working in a warehouse-based environment
- Assist with routine daily client communication and order-related queries
- Capture customer orders and prepare invoices daily
- Prepare and check documentation for deliveries and dispatch
- Liaise with the warehouse team on administrative requirements
- Collect and organise supplier invoices for month-end processing
- Assist in monitoring payments and support with weekly stocktake
- Follow up on overdue accounts in a professional manner
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes
