Role Overview

Tracker needs a Acquisitions Supervisor who can step into a practical role in Randburg. A key part of the work involves Acquisitions Supervisor Manages all Call centre activities and the daily running of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on listening to calls to improve quality and minimise errors and track agent performance.
Take ownership of Recording stats, analyse trends and performance levels of the call centre in relation to the strategic objectives and sales targets and preparing reports on a daily / wee.
Keep momentum on minimum 2 years Contact Centre supervisory/leadership experience.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Acquisitions Supervisor.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
