A well-established company is currently seeking a temporary Accounts Clerk / Creditors Administrator to assist the finance team during a maternity cover period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier reconciliations, capturing on Pastel, and processing weekly payments via Standard Bank. This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier reconciliations
Capturing invoices and finance data on Pastel
Processing weekly payments on Standard Bank
Assisting with general accounts payable and finance administration duties
Ensuring accurate record keeping and payment processing

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in an Accounts Clerk, Creditors Clerk, or Accounts Payable role
BCom degree
Strong reconciliations experience
Experience working on Pastel
Exposure to payment processing and banking platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Available to start as soon as possible
