Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing we service a portfolio of 200+ clients across accounting, tax, corporate advisory, and payroll.
Keep momentum on you will own the output of a junior accounting clerks across our various client groups — reviewing work, managing capacity, resolving technical queries before they escala.
Take ownership of Manage the daily output and capacity of 3 Junior Accounting Clerks.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Accounting Team Leader.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
