Responsibilities

Own accurate and timely monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting for client accounts.
Manage month-end close processes in QuickBooks Online and related platforms while improving efficiency.
Prepare periodic management reports, financial summaries, and a reliable picture of each client's financials.
Work with the internal accounting team, external advisors, and service providers.
Monitor financial performance and flag opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to support clients' strategic decisions.
Review financial and corporate structures for tax-efficiency and process-improvement opportunities as the role develops.

Requirements

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or a small to medium-sized accounting practice.
Exposure to client-facing work and confidence working with business owners, advisors, and service providers.
QuickBooks Online and month-end-close experience is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, learning mindset, communication, organisation, and ability to work under pressure.
Enjoys variety, improving finance operations, and taking ownership of accurate client work.
