Accountant Stellenbosch

Our property investment client in Stellenbosch Cape Winelands is looking for an Accountant with 5+ years plus property development property investment experience. You will manage and maintain accurate financial records for the investment company and/or its funds/portfolios, ensure compliance with South African statutory and tax requirements, and assist with budgeting, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Minimum Requirements

BCom Accounting / Finance (or equivalent).
5+ years accounting experience (investment management, asset management, private equity, or financial services preferred).
Experience with IFRS, reconciliations, and monthly reporting cycles.
Exposure to investment instruments and transaction flows (advantage).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; Power Query/Power BI advantageous).
Accounting software experience (e.g., Sage, Xero, Pastel).
