REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12) -Essential
Tertiary Qualification: Finance Degree preferred
5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel skills - non-negotiable
Sage X3 experience – Advantageous
Strong communication skills

DUTIES

Stock in Transit Monthly Recon & Profit & Loss Journals
Insurance Policy – keeping registers neat & updated & handling all claims
Updating and Maintaining the company printer register
Inspecting and allocating the telecoms and printer invoices
Monthly Journals – Rebate Calcs & Sales Re-allocations
Various Month End Schedules
Back up to Offshore Accountant
Assisting with Quarterly Stock Takes – preparation and capturing.
Stock Adjustments in Sage X3
Assisting the Financial Manager & Financial Director with various schedules for the Financial Year End and Annual Budgets
Various General Ledger Recons
And any other tasks that may be assigned to the employee as directed by the employer from time to time
