3rd Keyholder - Pinetown

Synopsis

A leading fashion retailer is seeking a motivated and experienced 3rd Keyholder to support store management in driving sales performance, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clothing retail environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising daily store operations, achieving sales targets and KPIs, maintaining high merchandising and stock-control standards, and delivering an outstanding customer and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for store performance, sales, and profitability.
• Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and operational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store teams, including junior managers and supervisors.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Implement and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
• Manage stock control, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention.
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and brand experience.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex customer issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric – essential.
• 2–3 years’ experience in clothing retail – essential.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a Store Supervisor role – essential.
• Proven sales ability with a strong target-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
