Role Overview

The Talent Team is hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant - UK Finance in Cape Town. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused finance team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Sourcing and engaging top-tier finance and white-collar talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Support the team by managing recruiting for finance -focused positions, particularly administrative and support-level roles, including: AP/AR, Credit Control, Payroll Administration, Bookkeeping Supp.
Keep momentum on previous exposure to offshore finance recruitment would be highly advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a 360 Recruitment Consultant - UK Finance.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of finance work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
