Role Overview
The Talent Team is hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant - UK Finance in Cape Town. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused finance team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Sourcing and engaging top-tier finance and white-collar talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Support the team by managing recruiting for finance -focused positions, particularly administrative and support-level roles, including: AP/AR, Credit Control, Payroll Administration, Bookkeeping Supp.
- Keep momentum on previous exposure to offshore finance recruitment would be highly advantageous.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a 360 Recruitment Consultant - UK Finance.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of finance work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
