Executive Director - Non Profit Sector

A respected non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing social justice and supporting vulnerable communities is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, drive organisational sustainability, and champion meaningful social impact.

Minimum Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Law, Social Sciences, Public Administration,
• Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' senior management experience within the non-profit, NGO, development, or social impact sector.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor management, and resource mobilisation.
• Experience working with boards, governance structures, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
• Proven leadership, people management, and organisational development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
